At Bookish Shirt, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy for refunds, returns, and order concerns.

Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by emailing support@bookishshirt.com with your order number.
• After 6 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns if the item meets the following conditions:

✅ Defective or damaged upon arrival
✅ Significantly different from the product description
✅ Incorrect item received

We do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Used or customer-damaged items
❌ Clearance or final sale items
❌ Custom-printed items unless defective

📌 Personalized items (custom name designs) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

• Email support@bookishshirt.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable).

Step 2: Claim Review

• We’ll review your request within 72 business hours and notify you of approval or next steps.

Step 3: Return Shipping

• If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
• Return shipping fee: $15 (deducted from your refund) unless the item has a manufacturer defect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 4: Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds include:
  ✅ Product cost
  ✅ Applicable taxes
  🚫 Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at support@bookishshirt.com.

You can choose between:
🔄 A free replacement
💰 A full refund

📌 Note: We cannot refund or replace orders if the shipping address provided was incorrect.

Tracking Your Refund

If your refund is delayed:

✔️ Allow 3-5 business days for processing.
